I was and am still involved in the Spanish Property Market, but recently various consequences of circumstances forced me to evaluate my life, how healthy I really was, and what I could do to change and improve the quality of my life!

I am launching Weight Management and Wellness Clubs in Southern Spain.

The aim is to enable a place where like-minded people who want to either improve their weight, change their body shape, reduce dress sizes, get healthier, gain energy, improve their sports ability - all through natural products - can get together, have support, fun and be educated in various fields such as nutrition and wellness.

At the weekly meetings there will be a range of talks and demonstrations, several by experts in the wide ranging field of Wellness and our Club members will be given discounts should they decide to take up the offers!

There is no hard sell or forcing of any products onto anyone, we merely provide the opportunity for those who wish to feel more healthy and or lose weight, to do so.
